CABINETTE is the protector shield construction which protects and helps the Rollover type Automatic Car Washing Machine work in the bad weather conditions and even used for a great tunnel style look. It can be used with Okyanus, Okyanus Super, Prima and Carisma series Automatic Car Washing Machines. In the production, the best quality and A1 quality steel sheets are cut, and bended on CNC and NC machines. After gas shielded welding, all the fabrication is hot dip galvanized, phosphate coated, electrostatic powder painted and baked at 220 °C. Thus, for very long years no corrosion or rust will be seen. Special gutter system is used. The roof is made from polycarbon or fiberglass and decorative claddings on exit and enterance which also were made from fiberglass give the strong look. The inside is illumunated by four floresant lamps on sides. The sides can be coated with glass or polycarbon plates. |
